Are you experiencing difficulties watching the New Year's Conference? Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
Depending on what your problem might be, there are a few things you can check:
Can't find the password/access key? If you have signed in for the conference we have sent you the password by email. Check your spamfilter or inbox, or send an email to Anna and she will send you the password.
No sound? Check that your speakers are not muted. On computers with Microsoft Windows installed click on the ^ symbol at the bottom right corner of your screen. Open the speaker application and make sure your speakers are not muted.
Poor image quality? It might be your internet connection. If your computer is connected on wifi it might be a good idea to move it closer to your router, or connect your computer to the router with a cable if possible.
